NEEDED: Someone who knows phpLD like the back of their hand

I want to change the template to phpLD and make some modifications to it. If it was straight PHP I would do it myself, but I hate using smarty tpl's. I'm looking for someone who will be familiar enough with the way phpLD is written to be able to make changes to the code/database and be willing to actually TALK to me on the phone about the project.
