NEEDED - Someone to manage a ppc ad campaign for me.

I have yahoo, google, and msn credits in my accounts, a few hundred dollars worth. I need someone who can tell me how to optimize the campaign to one of my small sites and provide some answers along the way. This will just be until the credit money is gone.
