    If I am to be you,first must to do is removed your cpanel and then installed your LayeredPanel.

    In fact layered panel can work with plesk, cpanel, ensim at the same time and probably it is the one and only panel that can do it.

    Yes the website tells me layeredpanel works with cpanel.

    Now is there anyone out there who wants to take me up on this job offer?

    Because some minnor problem come up when you upgraded cpanel later.
