Needed Someone to create hover

    I need someone to create the ability to add hover over images for
    this site www.wordpresstheme.info

    The hover should go over the screen shot and should contain all the info that is under it at this point.

    Its not done, i am waiting on replies from people (with bids)

    I've heard of sprites....but never tried them.

    Are they easy to use with smarty code / templates
