Dude here are some of the things that got to be fixed on your site.
1. your theme looks awesome, but the placement of content is quite wierd, I suggest you can display movie music download and all in 2 columns x 2 rows, the logo looks good, just got to align it well.
2.try to increase the size of the header banners
3. the orange triangle doesnt look good, please remove it
4. Change the background color of local chat
5. Have a facebook fan page mate, that will help
6. the counter actually doesnt help, it is not required , occupies extra space
7. the sub pages are not loading, fix them ,
