Needed Site Load Time Optimization!

    I just created a new tempalte for my website www.bizlinked.com, and sicne it uses flash, and lots of images, the load time is pretty darn sluggish. I am lookign to hire someone to help me optimize the load times A LOT without sacrificing too many features and quality.

    I need this done pretty quickly... It is only a 1 page template, so it should not take long to even do. I am thinking somewhere around $25 or something. The lowest bid wit hthe skill will get it.

    I think me and my programmer figured it out now... We used css and a bunch off other things, and it turned out to be three times as fast.
