I'm hoping you can help, I'm looking for a quality Real Estate Script

I like the look of: http://www.realtysoft.pro/realestate/index.php

Unfortunately it doesn't quite meet my needs for the project, so I was wondering if any digipointers would be able to point me in the direction of a suitable script, or be able to create, or modify an existing real estate script?

    Features Needed:

    Sellers:
    - Ability to offer listing packages & individuals one off listings (payment via paypal)
    - Ability to upload photos of the properties - automatically be resized to fit
    - Ability to enter contact details so potential buyers can contact them
e.g. an e-mail could be a contact form, a phone number can be displayed (check box system for the seller to specify).

    Buyers:
    - Let people register to the site and enter what kind of property they are looking for (chosen from a list) - when a new property meets their criteria, they can get an automatic e-mail alert

    Admin
    - Need to be able to be in control of the locations (UK based).
    - Need to be able to adjust the payment information, e.g. costs, packages, payment types

    SEO
I see this as pretty crucial, I need to be able to add pages via an admin area, and individually edit the page titles, descriptions and keywords per page.

That would cover of the main features that I'm looking for, any responses will be appreciated!

    Hi

Thanks for the link, I had found that shortly before you posted the link to it.

It does fit most of my needs, but I would need some modifications

    such as

    # seo friendly urls
    # ability to edit individual titles, descriptions and meta tags per page

would this be something that you could undertake?

I liked that script. I also used that on my real estate website. It's also have a seo friendly url and you can also add meta tags. then you can also add more addons.

Take a look at www.irealtysoft.com. It has all the features you've required. I especially like it seo functionality. You can display any listing information it the title, keywords and description tags. Listing page urls are also seo friendly by default.

One more important feature is "browse listings by state" catalog, which allows search engine crawler to index all your listings, since it can't submit search from.

    Hello all.
I've used iRealty for one of my projects, and should say, rather impressed with it. I've checked lots of real estate scripts before purchasing iRealty, but none had enough flexibility to be customized to my requirements.
So I would recommend it to anyone who starting real estate listing site.

I think yes, these are the most popular ones. The main difference is that open-realty is free one, and don't have a regular support, whereas iRealy is paid, but their support is realy timely and helpful.
