NEEDED: Programmer to make small/simple modification to WordPress Plugin

    I am using the wp-23-statistics plugin found here.


    I do not know if it is my theme or the plugin itself, but does not give me a option to give the widget a title. I want a programmer to manually edit the PHP file letting it have a title on the empty title location. Refer to picture.
