    I have a client who needs a Reverse Mortgage Calculator for a new website. The purpose of this is to collect qualified candidate's emails for further sales. Verified fields will include:
    1. Home value
    2. Existing mortgages
    3. Youngest homeowner's age
    4. Name
    5. Address
    6. City
    7. State
    8. Zip
    9. Phone

    If you are a good programmer, I will have more work besides this.
