Needed - PHP coder to add functionality to existing script

I have a script that I'm trying to get finished, currently have a early version of it working but I need a couple features added.

This is an image of the front end of the script.

What I need to add is the ability to have the jobs named to whatever is put in the "link text" input box instead of just the date&time that it currently is. I would also like to be able to delete a job from the que on that page.

This sound like something you can do for me? Drop me a PM.
