    I am a happy sh404sef user. Loads of add-ons to cover most of the major Joomla extensions. Not free, but incredible power for the price.

    Artio is awesome . Use Xmap for the sitemap and add sitemap in the web master tool

    I am not an expert in this but I could not find a free good one so I went into webmaster tools and edited Site configuration/settings. I adjusted the parameter settings so google would ignore some parts.
