[Needed] Free Simple Photo Editor Program

Hey,

I need a Free Simple Photo Editor Program.

I would like the features of
- Crop
- Resize
- Watermark/Blended Font
- Border Colour

Any ideas? I just need it for my laptop instead of PhotoShop CS2

there's also serif photoplus, pixia, imageforge, and ultimate paint

 

PS is the best but ulead photoimpact is also good for what you need.

 

i think that the key word in his post was free. Adobe Photoshop and Ulead PhotoImpact do not qualify as free software.

 

you can easily get them for free though ahaha.
