    I need someone good to help with a new PHP Link Directory project.

    Things the directory needs:

    1. Installation and template/theme assistance
    2. Regional listings - companies by state (and maybe city-specific listings eventually).
    3. Other customization work TBD

    I'm looking for at least 10 hours of help.
