I need a good designer with a rather quick turn around time. I expect the project to be done within 3 days from start. Payment= $175 give or take (ballpark) Requirements: Web 2.0 looking template with custom logo, and built in block for flash video. You supply the graphics and logo, I supply the flash video. The template should be written in div, be controlled by a CSS style sheet, and each section driven by includes. This way I can add pages as I need using the same includes. Should include: Header, menu, footer, content, etc. Preferably in the .php extension. The menu should not have graphic buttons that I need to edit manually.
