    I have this gaming blog which is reviews and commentary on various video games/console/PC

    and I need a NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKER - to be the community manager.

    Tasks will include

    Writing articles
    Reviewing and publishing user submissions
    Recruiting users to write articles
    Promoting the Blog via backlinks and social media

    Some Criteria. PLEASE READ carefully
    -Must be a Gaming PHREAK.
    -No pro-content writers. I need a Gaming PHREAK who knows the industry and audience to take this on as his baby.

    Payment can be on a salary or a rev-share - or both. Currently has about 500 Uniques a day. my goal is to get that up to 10k a day. And I know how to monetize well. Just need to traffic.
