Needed: Cheap Banner/header designer for some simple headers.

    I suit your requirements - I speak the Queen's English, have MSN Messenger - and have photoshop experience.

    However, what you as a buyer need to know is, what sort of a budget do you have in mind?

    Is it big, is it small? How much is it?
