No graphic design experience necessary, and you won't be "doing the books" so to speak. Your role will be 95% programming/coding and will be a permanent position. No great financial investment is needed, however the role will be incredibly time consuming to start off with. I am looking to provide Internet Solutions for small businesses, such as hosting, website/graphic design, website development and internet marketing. A large proportion of these will be guesthouses and bed & breakfasts. I have several that are already interested, however part of their solution includes accepting bookings online, recieving payments and a backend admin panel with ability to modify prices, add/modify rooms and view order/customer details (to name a few). What do I need? I need a programmer that can create a script detailed above, and to ensure it is adaptable to suit a variety of designs so that it can be re-used for different clients. I will be selling these solutions (some with the script, some without) very regularly and as you might expect, some clients may want different features. So you should be readily available to make these changes at relatively short notice. The solutions will mainly be sold to UK businesses, so a UK programmer is preferred. What's in it for you? To get straight to the point, money. There are unlimitted different ways you can be paid from this and they all depend on what suits your needs and will be discussed in further detail 1-to-1. You could be paid an up front figure to create the base product and then you have a choice to leave the project with your earnings and another programmer will be recruited to make modifications (I would prefer to stick with 1 programmer throughout the project though) or you could decide to stay on and get paid at an hourly rate when making modifications. Otherwise, you could recieve commission for each solution, and a higher commission if modifications are needed. These payment methods are negotiable, they will be discussed to suit both of our needs. Extra Info I am aiming to sell at least 1 guesthouse solution every fortnight so after the base application is created, most of the work will be minor modifications so the workload will be minimal but all the same, regular. The commission rate will be consistant, so I may sell 10 identical solutions to different clients, and if they don't want any modifications - you will get a % without having to do any extra work. Please bare in mind this should be seen as an "extra" income, and not your sole income. Although you will be getting excellent value for your efforts, realistically making a minor modification every fortnight can not produce a substantial income. Look upon this as an opportunity to make abit of extra cash, improve your programming skills and extend your experience in the sector.
