Needed: BIG list of top keywords

I need a big list of the top search phrases -- like the top 200,000 terms or so -- for a white hat project that I am working on. I did a search, and I cannot find a database like that. I don't need the traffic numbers -- just the terms themselves.

Maybe I am missing an obvious source.

    Any ideas?

I have a HUGE file. It is the 400+ MB file that was released a while back by AOL... some 6 million searches. Would that help?

Good lord. Yep. Did the release it for free? Are you willing to share it with me?

I checked out this site - I find it hard to trust a site that has basic spelling mistakes.
