I'm looking for an experienced web designer who can be responsible for designing unique web templates in Photoshop and code them into valid XHTML files. My future project will be dog related, and hopefully I will be able to kick off some time next month. Please send me your samples (the more you show me, the better I can decide whether you're the right person I'm looking for), rates (for uncoded/coded) and turnaround time (for uncoded/coded).
