Need Youtube Script to work ASAP!!

    I have installed a youtube clone on my site but it won't let me upload videos. Please help ASAP!

    Here is the error i am getting:

    Fatal error: Class 'ffmpeg_movie' not found in /home/naughtyl/public_html/upload.php on line 197

    Let me know how long and how much to make it work.

    Make sure to also install ffmpeg-php extension for php.
