I am looking at starting an online loan site for people like the ones in this forum that are looking for only like $30. For security purposes, I would have to have collateral. I was thinking of holding a domain until repayment. I do not know the rules with transferring domains, such as the time between transfers, but I thought that could be one idea. What do you think?
Check out Prosper toots. They deal in loans and such. Not on the scale you are looking though with collateral. I am sure there are others around, but they seem to have their stuff together more than most.
