Maybe you can play with the font and customize it. So the design becomes better.

I actually like it, you can try to play with the "USB" part, but in general I think it looks good.

 

I like it, especially when you can combine the subject into the logo.

You could also try putting the 'Logo' word above the 'USB' word, and straighten the 'L' usb stick design you have created, could literally plug into the negative space of the letter 'U'.

 

Needs more color.

I really like the USB in the L! Super fun and catchy. The colors don't seem to wow me
Maybe add in a contrasting color to give it a bit of wow factor.

It's pretty simple, I would suggest that you try a version where the USB will be on the U letter, I think it will look interesting.
