GoDaddy is great usually, panel sometimes sluggish, but they're cheap and get the job done.

i vote godaddy with discount codes.
cheap (especially for .info sometimes) and has fast dns changes for .com and .net domains
plus if you want to sell the domain you've got other options like pushing.

GoDaddy is the leader, I use them for all domain names. NEVER use them for anything else, they suck at hosting and all other services.

Agreed...I have used them for domains myself...I use Bluehost for hosting. They are so quick and their CP is nice. Wordpress installs in seconds etc...

Namecheap isn't really cheap as the name suggests, so I would go with godaddy in this case.

'best' is in the eye of the beholder. Godaddy is convenient but has become increasingly slow and unresponsive.

Dynadot, always my first choice! Cheap, and great service, and much better layout than Godaddy
