Site is looking Good and attractive for me. Flow and other things to get quoration is also fine ... So according to me no need to change anything. Just go ahead and keep up your marketing, promotional works to get more and more visitors.
You need to address the loading speed, etc on web core vitals. See attachments for your scores with mobile being the first. You also have multiple H1's, 8 images on Homepage missing Alt text. When you correct the web core vitals you should see better rankings.
Yes, I agree. We already figured out this problem and working on it. I found some previously installed app code in the back and cannot remove it because we are using Shopify, making it difficult to make it faster. Thank you for your wonderful suggestions, however.
