no, i wont help you. why? because your movitation is purely monetry and we need less lust for cash and more love for your subject matter. WRITE ABOUT WHAT YOU KNOW AND LOVE and only then will you see profit, because you might actually create something that others want to see.
I agree that You should writte about what You know and love. However, you have to know wether or not the niche you're in is profitable. With that said i would start with the finance site because of the current crisis or the travel because it's a really good niche for writting articles. Just make sure You provide good content. Your visitors must have a good experience visiting Your site!
How about getting other people to submit articles on your article directory? Remember that the more $$ in the niche, the more competition. I would say Finance, with our economic times it's a good topic.
I agree that you need to pick what is near and dear to you because you will find yourself struggling for content unless you have the money to pay for it or other resources to provide it for you. Of the 5 you have here I like shopping and cars because they lend themselves towards a review style website which is an easy site type to monetize. They are also subjects that almost anyone can find topics to write about and both are a never source of unique products to review. Good luck.
