    Not bad, but the ads are a little overbearing combined with the 3 column setup. I would look into either a 2 column theme to spread out the ads, or decrease the ads. Also, consider limiting the number of posts per page. It takes forever to get to the bottom of the page.

    I would also focus on the content of the site as well as the layout and design. Try to make it stand out a little bit more.

    your blog look normal but it can be more attractive. there are many magazine style wordpress theme which you can consider.
