RE: Canada site Move the text up farther on the page, eliminate that big photograph to reveal the text of your message much sooner. I would transpose the Google Search box and the Visitors graphic. Remove the border around the 160x600 and center it within the column. The ads on the bottom are just helter skelter. Spend some time to create a more professional "ending" for your page, perhaps combining a text sendoff with pictures and an ad unit that is balanced with the other elements.
