Hi, I am trying to sell this medical transcription at home site in this thread but there is not much interest. I see much simpler sites that have bids and are sold, so I guess I must be doing something wrong Any idea ? Thanks
The site looks like a MFA site I think you should buildup some organic traffic to the site and when it starts making money from the ads you should sell it, it would be worth more money then than it's worth now.
Site has no rank, no revenue. Domain is long and .org. It is not worth too much. I would buy for just the domain, the site is hideous.
The site is bland and boring. Add some images to the page, change the template. Make it better to look at.
I have to agree with the rest. The site does look MFA. The name is way to long and no very desirable. If you remove some of the ads and work on building traffic,you may be able to get what you want. I would say for a site like that with no traffic or rankings, you would be lucky to get half what your BIN is.
The adsense is a bit intrusive and directly under the headline which makes for confusion and untidyness. That would be my main problem with it.
You do that to make it look like a navigation bar, so you get more clicks. I don't like it, but it works.
Thanks a lot for all the comments Food for thought, as they say. Yes, I know I should build traffic and get some income, but I'm in need of cash that's why I want to sell it. So I'm going to change the template, I realize that it doesn't look good, like a MFA with certainly too many ads above the fold, and add some pics and maybe find a better domain. Thanks everybody
I totally agree with everyone's statements. I see your site, bro and I think that here is a site that no one really takes care of. Sooo boring. Adding more pictures... REDUCING the size of the ads (please) will make it appealing to someone who is probably wanting a career in home-based transcription. Speaking of home-based transcription.... cantyougetashorternamethanthat? My two-cents which are really quite identical to what others said... har har. Peace.
