Yes, it is possible to automate the process. Use a Billing system like WHMCS, or Client Exec. Well, reseller hosting would be the same as hosting companies, just that the amount of clients is lower, so time required is lower. A reseller may post the time he requires, here. Also, you cannot really calculate the amount of time required. I would say 24 hours a day. It depends on when a ticket is submitted. Ishan
Hi there, Just like Ishan pointed out. WHMCS, Client Exec & WHMautopilot are examples of good automated account creation software packages that provide more than that too. They are all limited in some way usually with taking recurring credit card orders. As for your 2nd question, it really depends on the number of customers/clients you have. If you are a reseller, most of the time your account is managed, meaning you can send support tickets to your upstream provider for them to deal with the issue. Hope this helps, Ryan L.
