need your help which plugins should be used for a newbie??

guy ,i'm a newbie,5 days ago creat my first blog with wordpress(www.bankissue.com ugly) that is what i had uploaded :

theme:no

plugins :
akismet (enabled )
feedlist(what's the function??)
feedwordpress(can't find useful feed can't auto updates)
link order(researching.......)
platinum-seo(researching.......)
smart-update-pinger(enabled)

now need your help is there any must be uploaded plugins ,just a newbie ,it's so puzzled
