Need your help to rewrite URL for 11 000 URL already have rewrite in wrong way

    I have a big site that google indexed 11 000 page, all url is in format below :

    /home/news/view/36041/2010/11/how-to-rewrite-url-for-big-site.html

    Now i need URL more friendly, by rewrite by format below:

    /search-engine-oprimize/36041/2010/11/how-to-rewrite-url-for-big-site.html

    My site is using Wordpress.

    Any suggestion for me ?

    If google has already indexed almost all of the pages, it is better not to change the link structure, all of the power of the links (if any) pointing to the particular website will be lost.
    If you are ranking high for any particular keywords don't try to change it, if you are on to some long term goals you can change it and more it more SE and user friendly.

    Thanks Jacky212, i must change my site to new URL Beacause we have a big plan with this site, i'm looking for solution for do this :)
