I have a paypal account. I have to give $300 to my friend. But i dont have $300 in my paypal. I dont have CC too. How i can pay in her paypal? becoz the transection limit is $100 in paypal. I can pay in my local currency. (I know only one way, give cash to any local paypal account holder for $300)What else way you recommend? What if i have more than $100 in paypal? What is the best way to spend more than $100 paypal for online shopping?? What is the withdraw limit from paypal? and for withdraw cc is neceassary?? How vcc helpful in all this and the actual use of vcc?
First thing you need to do to remove the limits on your account is get verified. Do a search about that on the PayPal website.
A VCC is plainly just like a Fake Passport used to get around the verification process of Paypal but it does not really do more than just that. It depends on which country you are from, some countries can just spend money while others can spend and receive money. If you belong to the first group of countries then there is nothing much you can do other then using your credit card to fund the payment. If you can receive money then maybe you can sell $350 worth of things so that you have the sufficient money to pay your friend. There should not be any limit to the Paypal account unless it has not been verified. I suggest you go to your bank and apply for a credit card, get your account verified then use that to pay your friend (assuming that she is from a country which can receive payment). There is no real limits (apart from a few countries for withdrawal of funds) unless your account is unverified. Because they do not know who you are and for all they know, your account could be set up using fake details and thus the unverified account is limited but once you could identify yourself then they can lift the limitations. Do not use a VCC because it could seriously be bad for your reputation. IMHO, the use of VCC is what makes Paypal a terrible platform to use because it increases the level of frauds and scams on Paypal.

Nope, there is no other way. Of course you can find some other ways of paying her like sending her a check or doing a wire transfer to her bank account.
I like the VCC idea, but it will take some time. You can however also get registered on Getafreelancer.com and have your client to do the same. Then you can fund that account with any of their given way's. And transfer the cash to the client over their system: there is a fee for this yes. To be on the safe side, you can post a free project ($5) refunded after project closed. Once project gets bids you ask your client to bid 300 on your project, and then you just transfer him/her the money over GAF. please take note of that i dont have GAF's price list in my head. Its not the cheepest way, but one of the most effective ways if you dont have a paypal account.
