    Hi.

I recently sold a online product at $1500.

after few days the buyer said it not as its was stated (lie)

    -=-=-=-=-

I will not go to deep describing whole story but just wanted to say he is liening tering to rip off me, as he got the script and he can simple make a copy now.

.. since the dispute has been started...

Now i have to chose 1 from this :

    Close or Escalate
Issue a full refund to the buyer (I am not goin for this option)

I would like to end communication and escalate this dispute to a claim with PayPal ( I want to know what is this?)

    --

    So what 2nd option means?

    What happens i dont respond?

    Plz Help!

they hav'nt asked for anything yet..

its says "Claims requiring your action (0)"

which i think means no action is needed from my side.

Well it depends on the circumstances. I know paypal isn't too keen on helping the seller, especially with digital products. If you wrote this script 100% by yourself and sold it to them then you might have a chance when paypal investigates. On the other hand if you did not write it/used false advertising you might be sending that $1500 right back to the buyer.

Dude, as far as I know paypal always favor buyers. Since you sold digital products, chances are very less that dispute goes into yoru favor. Though provide all the communication you had with buyer. This might help you.
