Yeah - but it also won't cost anything. Seriously - Google provide LOADS of information on adwords. Read all of that before thinking paying for anyone else's.
Yeah i agree with magda... Dont buy my e-book until you know as much imfomration as you can get for free. But let me tell you, I did what you are doing right now, about 6 months ago, and i lost alot bidding to irrelivant keywords, at the wrong prices. Just try it out on your own first, and then let me know lol.
Read adwords Help guide for 1 week and start your campaign. It take 5-10 hours of reading to get adwords knowledge.
There is nothing complicated about it to be very honest, and as said earlier, check the videos/resources provided by Google if you are not clear about few things.
