I am taking over a website's search engine optimization. The site was done by a bad SEO firm that left a boat load of doorway pages on the site. Google has indexed these doorway pages. Should I just delete these doorway pages or I do a permanent redirect of these pages? Even though this search engine spam technique has been so outdated, still a lot of companies use it. I have seen quite a bit. Have you SEO folks seen this often as a common practice or do you rarely see it at all? Thanks in advance for your insight.
You are right when you say that a lot of SEO companies use this technique. I always find that do-it-yourself SEO is the best because you can ensure the quality.
