I want to buy domains (es,de,fr,it,ch)with hosts
host MUST have IPs wich match to choosen country
for example de. must have IP belongs to Germany
Please, recommend me where I can buy such domains with hosts

Try out eurodns.com. They are specialized in european domains. Ask them whether they can give you such ips.

 

why do you want ip's in the same country?

 

IPs is about where the server is located. Has nothing to do with domains.

 

Yes each CCTLD has the rules for the registration. But as far as I know some of the domain names can help non residents

 

You probably need to get the hosting from each of those country. I don't see there is a webhosting provider offer you hosting based on the ccTLD of your domain.
