lol, not reg fee IMO, Undeveloped mid $$ IMO, unless you can develop it.

 

This is definitely below reg fee. Don't look for keyword domains that have lots of google results because that's not the point. Look for the amount of exact searches they get by using the Google Keyword Tool, which is free to use.
