Hello all. I need your advice about dashboard that can be used for downloading or uploading user bars. User bar looks like this, By downloading I mean two things, first is that user can press a button "Download" and he/she will download user bar directly to his/her computer and second one is to have an ability to copy already generated code under each user bars. I would also like people to upload their own user bars there. It has to be a simple software where I will be able to create categories on the index page under which people will be able to get their user bar. Free one will be better, but if you know paid ones, please post them as well. I would really appreciate all your advices guys!
I think the best way to do this is maybe through php im not very good with generators like this but im geussing it would some kind of format like php,asp or xhtml
