Hi guys I'm planing to make a website that will have a lot of pictures in it. The pics will be pretty big and heavy, as I want the visitos to have the oppertunity to post/upload the pics they want to share. If this thing is going well, then I have plans of making a forum to it also with the same ide. So my question is this: should I apply my "website and forum" to a ordinary webhotel or should I be using something like a server that I have to pay for every month? most people can start out on shared hosting. Eventually you may need to upgrade to VPS or dedicated server. As for forum software, I can recommend SMF.
