Need XXX Videos Uploaded to an Adult YouTube Site, Paying $0.20+ Per Video

Currently I am need of a lot of XXX video uploaders for a new YouTube-style porn site. The website is www.TittyTacular.com (NSFW) and currently offers only a little over a hundred videos. I would like to get the number of hosted videos up to 1,000 within the next few weeks.

Upload offer options:
- Option A: 20 videos uploaded @ $0.20 per video, $4.00 total
- Option B: 50 videos uploaded @ $0.21 per video, $10.50 total
- Option C: 100 videos uploaded @ $0.22 per video, $22.00 total

All payments will be made via PayPal on NET15 terms once the option has been fully completed. In order to reduce payment conflicts/confusion, please use your PayPal e-mail address when signing up to the website or provide it to me via private message before you being uploading.

Video upload requirements:
- Video length must be at least 1 minute.
- Average length of videos must be around 3-4 minutes (i.e., do not consistently upload very short videos).
- Max video file size of 60MB
- Videos must NOT contain individuals under the age of 18 or be under any sort of copyright/trademark protection.
- Duplicate submissions, very short videos, or very low quality videos will be removed.

I don't have any porn clips, how can I upload?
1. Download .FLV video clips at YouPorn.com (videos with high ratings preferrably) or another tube site that offers download links. Be mindful that some material on YouPorn.com may be copywritten.

2. Convert the .FLV files to .AVI with WMConverter: http://www.download.com/WM-Converter/3000-2194_4-10700602.html (use a 300kbps video bitrate, 96kbps audio bitrate, 320x240 frame, and 25 frames per second). IMPORTANT: Do not upload .FLV files directly to the website as they will not play properly. WMV, AVI, MOV, and MPG files are all acceptable file extensions.

3. Sign up for a username at TittyTacular.com and upload the videos. Good titles and descriptions are a must. Always ensure that your video plays properly before uploading the next video. IMPORTANT: Avoid uploading several videos at once. Your uploads will be interrupted if TittyTacular.com becomes overloaded due to too many concurrent video conversion processes.

This offer will expire once TittyTacular.com reaches 1,000 hosted videos, however I do reserve the right to end this offer early if I encounter major problems with consistently very short, low quality, bogus titles/descriptions, or duplicated uploads (i.e., people trying to scam this offer).

This is a great opportunity for you to earn money for a relatively simple task that can be performed while you do other things on your computer. Uploading videos requires much less hands on effort than forum posting; this should be the easiest content creation money you've made in a while.
