Need xHTML / CSS Coder

    I need someone to code a template in xHTML / CSS (Valid). I lost the PSD when my computer crashed, but had the image preview on my server - so you will need to be able to code from only 1 layer.

    Please let me know if you can do this and what your price is for a medium-hard complexity design.
