    I want a simple WPMU site build as soon as possible.

    Want to offer a FREE wordpress blogging platform to users... With a few basic features.

    Simple home page - with links to sign-up - search blogs - terms - and so on...

    Basically want to run an ad supported WPMU Free blog service. (no ads on user blogs - just footer links)
