Need WP SideBar Contact Form that blocks SPAM

    Having a huge issue with SPAM on my sidebar contact form on my word press blog - I need someone to install one with a catchpa - I actually have Contact 7 installed but can't get it to show on the side bar.

    I actually have a few tasks I need help with

    1. Contact Form on Side Bar with Catchpa
    2. Fix BlogRoll to show on top of left sidebar on posts as it does on pages
    3. Change The Word BlogRoll to US Rehabs
    4. Add RSS Subscribe Widget to Side Bar
