    What you mean by "modify theme", "upgrade to the latest version", "add a store"?
    What your actual theme to be modified or you need a new one?
    You want us to upgrade your wordpress?
    Do you have that store you want to be added?

    How much do you charge to upgrade WP to most current and adjust a few things in the theme (example add seo plugin and change column headings)?
