Buying Need WP programmer for several projects.

    I have a few domains that I want WP themes on, with various customizations.
    Need a WP programmer who:
    • Can install a premium theme according to instructions
    • Can customize various things as requested
    • Is (preferably) familiar with PHP/Javascript
    • Can communicate in English decently enough for me to understand you, and for you to understand what I need, without wasting my time.
