Buying Need WP guy/gal who can handle design, content & development

Hi All,

Looking for someone who can easily manage everything from design to development.
For example: I show you a sample of design I like and give you brief about what I need and you develop a landing page or even a responsive W3C validated wordpress site which includes everything: content, contact forms, banners, live assistant... etc...
