Need WP Blog Fixed, Has Errors + Not Lining Up

    A blog I'm working on is here:

    I did the w3 validator and there are errors which I would like fixed.

    Also the header nav buttons are not lined up, and the sidebar column is at the bottom and should be on the right side.
