Need work done in Excel

I really need this done right away. It must be done within few hours (from now).
Here is the details:

Show with a working spreadsheet, which will be the most economically, rent or buy a photocopier.
Girl Power Company needs a new copier. The old and the rent is getting totally exhausted.
The question for management is whether to continue the lease or buy your own machine.
Rent costs are = 17.5 cents / pc.
Number of copies = 200 000 units. (The company undertakes to purchase at least the number)
When you buy the unit may be coughing up Â£ 150 000. The bank would have 6.5% interest rate
and after 5 years, the entire unit to be paid.
Maintenance and operation is estimated to cost 6 cents / pc. In both cases,
the paper itself will cost but it will be the same for both options.

Make a spreadsheet where you can change:
Interest rates on the unit price for rent / copy, own price / copy
Payment Period (years) Number of payments per year
Show what is the total cost for 5 years, which is cheapest?
How many copies per year, the copy before it pays to buy your own machine?
Answer the following using mÃ¥lsÃ¶karen in your spreadsheet.
Which maximum price / copy, you can pay to the landlord in case you want to have
equal cost to lease / purchase if you copy the 200 000 copies per year.
Other values are equal.

Make an appropriate graph in the task on separate "sheets" but in the same file
