Buying Need Wordpress Work Done

    I need a real estate website cleaned up with a new theme or you make this one look good,The site has 23 IDX links that need imbedded into IFRAME of the site throughout the pages. I am on a low budget so please post what you will charge to do this,wordpress is installed just need everything put together
    I DONT NEED A NEW DESIGN If you know a clean FREE Theme you can install Im not paying for a new one or someone to make one
