Selling Need Wordpress Website Built (from template) - Payment Via Paypal (DESIGNS)

I need a Wordpress programming person to build a client website from a Wordpress template which WE WILL PROVIDE (DESIGNS). Please view the attached spreadsheet and provide a timeline and quote to complete the website as listed (Please be specific). This is a basic informational site with several image galleries, so no special skills are required but we do expect a clean and professional look.
